This is very true.
Most people always say the terribly overused phrase "I'm busy" whenever someone looks for them. What they don't understand is that those who love them and care for them are longing for their presence or even their spirit. By spirit, I mean even if the person cannot show his or her self to others personally, just letting them know he or she is alive and can be reached anytime can mean a lot.
In a different instance, working can have a huge effect on a person's timetable. The worst that could happen is that you go to work so early while your whole happy family is still sleeping, and go home late when everybody's already asleep. This is a very sad scenario. You lost your bonding moments with the people in your house. You don't see each other anymore or talk personally.
So the moral lesson for the first problem is to give time to those who care for you and love you. It does not mean that if you're busy, you cannot spend a millisecond to text a simple "Hi" or "Hello" to the people who miss you so much. Be considerate. Think of how others feel about what you're doing. BUSY is not a valid reason. It is an attraction to bad karma if you turn your back to the world and live like there's no one else on earth but you alone (and your special someone).
For the second problem, it is always up to you to manage your time. As earlier mentioned, "busy" is never a reason. True, we are not capable of adjusting the ticking of the clock. But spending it wisely can really turn time into gold. Every second counts.
So if you say that you're just busy, think again. Bad karma might be on it's way to grab you from behind. You better watch out.
