Going back to how it all began:
--DOJ implemented a watchlist order (WLO) against the Arroyo family for all their pending cases
--SC issued a TRO for the WLO which means they are free to leave the country
--The Arroyos were held at the Immigration and failed to leave the country last night
--The ultimate question: after what happened at the airport, who is more powerful? DOJ or SC?
--SC handed the TRO to DOJ
--DOJ filed an urgent motion for reconsideration and motion to lift TRO
--SC implemented some punishments for those who will not follow the TRO
--DOJ asked the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) to follow them
--DOTC assured that they will obey the DOJ and will not let the Arroyo family leave the country
Let us disregard the hierarchy of the DOJ and SC. Without thinking who is legally correct, whose side are you on?
